The ecoENERGY and Livesmart BC programs are separate programs with different rules and

Federal ecoENERGY
The Federal
ecoENERGY progam was re-launched June 6, 2011 and is available to both New
and Past participants who purchase improvements on or after June 6, 2011.
To enrol in the re-launched
ecoENERGY program both New and Past participants must register to apply for
a grant. Once you have your registration number please contact The House
Whisperers to schedule your energy evaluation.
New Participant
Register entering program June 6,
2011 or later.

This offer is
available to homeowners in the Province of BC who have an initial
(pre-retrofit) energy assessment performed on or after June 6, 2011 or later
and complete a follow-up (post-retrofit) energy assessment by March 31,
2012.
Past Participant
Register (had evaluation on or before June 5, 2011).

This offer is available to homeowners who have had an energy assessment performed between April.01, 2007 and June 5, 2011 and complete a follow-up (post-retrofit) energy assessment by March 31, 2012.
If you participated in the Federal ecoEnergy program in the past and have not received the maximum grant amount for your current property, you can submit one more application for additional improvements purchased on or after June 6, 2011 and receive another Federal ecoENERGY grant. The maximum federal grant is $5,000 dollars per home.
April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2013
Provincial LiveSmart BC
This offer is available to homeowners in the Province of BC who have an initial (pre-retrofit) energy assessment performed on or after April.01, 2011 and complete a follow-up (post-retrofit) energy assessment by March 31, 2013.
