 Home Evaluation Information

Evaluations are primarily scheduled during weekdays and take about 2 hours.

Home Comfort Inspections currently only performs Evaluations in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, British Columbia.

The price of the evaluation varies between $100 and $175, depending on the location and size of your home. The price will be confirmed with you before your visit is booked.

Follow-up evaluations to document improvements for a Home Retrofit Grant are $75 for most homes.
